I own a small bag that is foil lined. It can be used as a cooler or lunch tote. The inside foil liner is letting lose all around the top. It appears the liner was too short to fit in the stitching of the zipper. I called CS and was told there was nothing that could be done since it was a gift and I didn't have the receipt. These bags cost way too much to not have a better return policy. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/09/16/8a/09168afc252ad5dce04bc8fe4f035788--yummy-mummy-to-be.jpg
There are many types of tote bags beyond your basic all purpose tote (often referred to as "shoppers"). Laptop totes include a padded laptop compartment and are popular among businesswomen who want a laptop bag with a little style. Travel totes are available in over-the-shoulder and rolling styles and are designed to be used as a companion to luggage, often carried on board airplanes as a personal item or in place of carry-on luggage. Handbag totes are meant to be used as everyday purses and offer a more fashionable take on the traditional silhouette. Finally, there are totes for specific purposes like beach totes and college totes designed with features to hold activity-specific items like books or towels.

A 2014 study of U.S. consumers found that the 28% of respondents who own of reusable bags forgot them on approximately 40% of their grocery trips and used them only about 15 times each before being discarded. About half of this group typically chose to use plastic bags over reusable ones, despite owning reusable bags and recognizing their benefits. An increasing number of jurisdictions have mandated the phase-out of lightweight plastic bags to reduce land and ocean pollution. In order to provide an incentive for consumers to remember reusable bags more often these laws establish a minimum price for bags at checkout and require either paper, reusable fabric tote bags, or thick reusable plastic bags. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/6f/80/18/6f801801e945d56de2b2876e72c74771.jpg
