Once you finally get out the door, the real adventure begins! Why not be ready for anything by turning your vehicle into a mobile baby station? (We know – between the car seat, stroller, sun shades, backseat mirror and kid-friendly tunes, it kind of is already.) Pack up a structured bin or expandable caddy to keep in your center console or between the seats. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/84/c8/4b/84c84b99c94a19c867c30ea2fde41472--direct-selling-direct-sales.jpg
When the time came to ditch the diaper bag, I jumped for joy. I never liked toting around a huge bag, but was still surprised that even though I now have a five-year-old, we still cart around a lot of stuff! Now that we are involved in school and sports, it turns out I still need a decent bag that’s both functional and stylish. Just as we signed up for the upcoming summer swim team (that requires tons of swim accessories!), one of my favorite companies released a baby line- Baby by Thirty One! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/46/6b/f7/466bf7ecb298b345300fd7bab13173e1--guatemalan-textiles-boho-bags.jpg
Thirty One Organizing Pack in Party Punch - 3984 Has interior compartments galore, making it a great camera bag or diaper bag … just fill it with whatever you need for the day! The inside organizing compartments can be removed and rearranged so they’re just the way you need them. It even comes with a thermal-lined water bottle holder in a coordinating print! https://i.pinimg.com/150x150/e5/52/ca/e552ca3c3160c588f60df5af37a58c05.jpg
This is an awesome backpack-style diaper bag that is stylish, durable, convenient, comfortable, and feature-rich. It's a medium-sized diaper bag that you can carry has a hand-tote or as a diaper bag backpack. It has a modern gender-neutral style, helped by the heather gray color, the leather accents, the asymmetrical front pocket, and its vintage style button. It's the sort of bag that both mom and dad will be willing to wear, making it one of the only unisex diaper bags on our list. And it has some great features. First, we loved the side baby bottle exterior pockets, the zippered wipe dispenser on the side, and the hidden pocket on the back (up against your back) that can hold valuables without the risk of pick-pocketing. That's great if you live in the city, or travel to urban areas where that's an issue (like on the subway!). We also liked the substantial padding against the back, to keep things comfortable for longer excursions. It also includes stroller straps on the sides, though we warn you to be careful about attaching diaper bags to strollers due to the tipping hazard. In that regard, it's definitely a good size for throwing into the stroller's bottom basket, but still big enough to hold most of your stuff. Speaking of size, the main compartment is really quite large and is divided well into a mesh pocket area, a zippered pocket, and elastic pockets for holding smaller items. We were able to fit everything necessary into the bag without any issues. It's great to have a nicely divided main compartment, to prevent things from sinking down to the bottom and remaining elusive in your desperate search for that last clean pacifier! We also want to point out that this company is very responsive to customer concerns. This is their third version of this great diaper bag, with improved stitching and reinforcements based on customer feedback (and if you have the older version with an issue, you can email them and they'll send you the newer one for free!). And the price is right too, coming in around $40. So, if you're looking for the comfort and convenience of a backpack, this is a great option! Note that we also checked out the HapTim Multifunction Large Baby Diaper Bag Backpack, which is very similar and very highly recommended. Interested? So why buy an actual diaper bag? They’re thoughtfully designed with right-size pockets for essential baby gear, and made with tough material that’s easy to clean—inevitably, milk or juice will spill inside, and crushed crackers will find their way into crevices. Mine has been tossed around in my car, dumped on park benches and dragged across wet grass. I once accidentally left a banana peel in it for a few days. “The diaper bag is for the diapering years,” said Meg Collins, founder of Lucie’s List, a blog that recommends essential baby products for new parents. “It’s meant to keep you organized and sane. You have go-to pockets for your keys, diapers and wipes. You don’t have to think or fumble.” That just may help you escape the house a little more quickly. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/d1/13/ab/d113ab6c1427abe3bbfbc78957566c7b--initials-inc-occasion.jpg
It has plenty of interior and exterior pockets to organize all our stuff (even for all 3 kids). It has shoulder straps and a removable cross-body strap, it has clips to attach it so a stroller, it zips closed (and has a couple zippered outside pockets), it’s big enough but not TOO big, and it’s super cute! In fact, most people don’t even realize it’s a diaper bag until they see the sippy cups popping out! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/ab/94/8d/ab948d9ea49af591f2dd1a1d947181a6.jpg

Over time, though, something started to shift. I realized I felt trapped by my daughter's feeding schedule. I felt isolated in the fact that she needed me―only me―and that I couldn't ask for help with this monumental task even if I truly needed it. While I was still so grateful that I was able to breastfeed without much difficulty, a growing part of me began fantasizing about the freedom and shared burden that would come if we bottle fed, even just on occasion. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/f5/47/05/f54705a5c58c8e42ea2e1d10022a4b31---gifts-thirty-one-gifts.jpg
The Baby By Thirty-One City Park Diaper Bag in Whisper Grey is a part of the new Baby by Thirty-One line and is way more than a diaper bag! All the functionality of a large diaper bag, but with the modern style of an urban tote. Lots of interior and exterior pockets, including a thermal zipper pocket and hidden cell phone pocket. Carry it as a tote, or sling it over your shoulder with the adjustable crossbody strap.  https://i.pinimg.com/236x/8e/bd/ac/8ebdac49b69389b785fb45797e510d60.jpg

Additionally, many view campus childcare as a safe haven for college students. "During my 18 years working in campus childcare, I have witnessed how the student-parents can complete their courses and stay focused by having childcare on campus," says Sori Palacio, a Head Teacher at BMCC Early Childhood Center. "Parents usually express how thankful they are for having their children traveling with them to school as well as having their children nearby while they complete their degree. They concentrate in academic work without worrying about their child's wellbeing. This service helps the entire public by preparing more people to serve the community."
I loved the SkipHop when we had two kids, but it didn’t hold up well and I decided a back pack was a must. As my younger boys grew, I’d take one of their Pottery Barn backpacks to amusement parks, MLB games, the zoo, etc. They worked great for these trips but I wasn’t a fan of the robots or Spider-Man. For baby number 3, I got a Vera Bradley backpack that I love. The laptop compartment is perfect for a changing pad, diapers, and wipes. The rest of the bag has a good amount of pockets. Also because it’s not technically a diaper bag, I will continue using it as needed after we are out of the baby stage.

Does anyone else plan on using or have used a thirty one bag as their diaper bag? If so which one and how has it worked out for you? I absolutely love the idea of being able to personalize my diaper bag with the name and colors! But I'm not sure exactly what size I'll need to buy or which would be a better bag. I have a few ideas in mind though, i'm deciding between the utility tote, cindy tote or the retro metro bag. they're all too adorable and so many ways to personalize which is the best part about them! Such a tough decision, so many options Also what is the most important thing you're looking for in a diaper bag? https://i.pinimg.com/originals/bd/56/03/bd56033f5fbb2b48bf3c58a6fac8c9c0.jpg
The Jeep Diaper Backpack was roomy, and had plenty of pockets for organization, including a zippered, insulated pocket for a bottle on the side of the bag. But it did not have an open pocket for a bottle, which meant that anytime we needed a drink, we had to remove the backpack from our shoulders and unzip one of the pockets. We ran into the same problem with the Bag Nation Diaper Backpack. Almost identical in design to the Jeep Diaper Bag, the Bag Nation Diaper Backpack also did not have any open pockets, though it did have an insulated pocket for a bottle on the side.

Reasonably priced and widely available. You can find diaper bags for as little as $15 and as much as $1,500. We opted for a middle ground, and set a maximum price of $200. We focused on popular bags commonly found at major retailers such as Babies“R”Us, BuyBuy Baby, Target, and Amazon. We didn’t find much for $25 and under. “Don’t get taken by a cheap one, because it’s going to fall apart and you’ll need to buy something else,” Meg Collins, founder of Lucie’s List, told us. https://i.pinimg.com/345x/de/50/11/de50112c151522e3c6fe2f24bbe60472.jpg
A tip that I wish I had figured out a lot sooner… cosmetic bags are a GREAT “rectangular” size to hold a few diapers and a small wipes pack, plus some other small items (WetWipes, etc). I have several of these diaper “clutches”… they can easily go in and out of our larger diaper bag, and I keep one in each car. I like them a lot better than the true “diaper clutches” that are sold – I don’t need something bulky/fancy that folds out into a changing pad, etc! I have found good size bags at WalMart and Harmon. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/fd/f6/b5/fdf6b57deb5c1fe5f36a79ee01e89295.jpg
When choosing the perfect baby diaper bag, there are several factors you should consider. Think about how you want to carry it. We suggest lugging around a 10-pound bag with you for an hour and see whether you find yourself wanting to throw it on your back. If so, then definitely consider one of the convertible diaper bags that can convert into a diaper bag backpack, like the Ju-Ju-Be (above). If your arms and shoulder feel fine, you might be OK with a more conventional bag. This might be a tote diaper bag that uses large handles and a shoulder strap, or a messenger style diaper bag worn across your chest. Better yet, check out the convertible diaper bags that can easily swap between a tote with shoulder straps and a diaper bag backpack. You'll be thanking us when you take it to Disney! Also, think about what happens when you need to do other things, like pull your baby in and out of the car seat. Will it flop annoyingly off your shoulder, stay on like a baby diaper backpack, or can you place it on the ground and not worry about it getting ruined by some water or tipping over and spilling its contents? The water issue is why we don't consider leather diaper bags in this article, given our less than stellar experience with liquids and leather bags (water, milk, lotions). But if you really want the stylish black leather diaper bag, check out the other faux leather diaper bags, like the Honest Company bag (above), a faux leather diaper backpack, or this faux leather Skip Hop Chelsea Diaper Bag.

This tote caught my eye on the website with the three separate compartments and extra pockets for organizing, but I really had no idea how much I would love this bag until I took it with me a few times to church and running errands around town.  I can hold EVERYTHING I need in this one bag with room to spare!  My Suite Success Tote was packed to the brim today and I dumped everything out and took a picture to show you how much you can put inside this bag.  I am even missing an outfit (the baby’s change of clothes got used today, and our snacks got eaten before the picture so add that stuff in your mind too.)

The DadGear Backpack used to be one of our also-great picks but it was discontinued. We liked the bag’s large size and clever storage (like a chamber dedicated to dispensing wipes.) The DadGear’s flaps zipped open all the way—more like a suitcase than a typical handbag—making dumping out crumbs and cleaning easier. If you somehow manage to get your hands on one we still think it makes a great purchase.

I spent entirely too much time looking for the perfect diaper bag. I narrowed it down to three and this one was 50% off so I got it! I’ve had it for 3 months with baby and I love it! Has a good amount of room that I can fit all my babe’s items (diapers, wipes, bottles, extra clothes, blanket, changing pad, a toy) along with my wallet, keys & phone. My husband likes that it’s black and doesn’t look like a diaper bag. The ONLY bad thing is I tend to pack heavy when we go on a day trip and when I ... read more Click to read full text of review titled "Perfect size for on the go". https://i.pinimg.com/236x/d2/59/90/d25990af51c2d5b786826b699f469206--younique-make-up-younique-presenter.jpg
With four elastic pockets inside, two side-zip pockets, and two interior elastic pen pockets, the Super Swap-It Pocket is a fabulous way to organize and carry small items. From tablet and smart phone accessories to receipts, gift cards, planners and more, this essential organizing insert can travel on its own or fit neatly inside a larger tote or bag to keep contents squared away.
The Nightlight selected the B.F.F. as the best diaper bag and Lucie’s List named it one of its top picks in 2017. It comes in nearly 50 patterns and colors that range from the prim to the nautical, to the adorable (yes, the bag comes in more than one Hello Kitty pattern). In online reviews, owners (mostly moms) rave about the design of its pockets and how easy the bag is to clean. And though there are some complaints that it’s not roomy enough, others say it has plenty of space, even for cloth diapers. “We tried SO many diaper bags before finally investing in this one,” said one owner. “This bag fit all the criteria and more! I can easily fit my cloth diapers, extra outfits, everything for me, her jacket, water bottle, snacks for me, and so much more. I love that it is so easy to care for this bag and I can toss it in the wash.” https://i.pinimg.com/236x/17/9a/84/179a849529c9d9ab5fb74f4f509a5f51--tony-bowls-mary-kay.jpg

One is a laptop bag that I liked and decided to turn into a diaper bag. It's about the same width and height, but it's only about 4" deep. It could use a few more pockets since it only has the one... the laptop compartment - I use it for diapers, wipes and changing pad. Everything else is in a jumbled heap in the main compartment. Eh, it works. Slightly annoying, but it works. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/fd/fc/fe/fdfcfe0b666d8efd99c5a85c9383ba54--red-carpets-make-it.jpg

The Ah Goo Grab-and-Go Compact Diaper Bag is a sleek, compact bag with a flip-front messenger style and a roomy single-pocket interior for baby’s essential items. The front pouch is perfectly sized to hold a small tablet, and the velcro-enclosed side pocket fits your phone. The rest of the room is for baby, with a roomy inner pocket lined in antimicrobial material that’s a snap to wash. It can be worn as a wristlet or you can attach it to your stroller for an easy, breezy day on the town without being weighed down. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/7c/94/21/7c942165111b7a7fbf32f806ff809e4b.jpg
The Land series has a generous insulated front zippered pocket to hold three slim bottles, and an exterior wipes pocket. In the back, it has an additional large zippered pocket, a wet pocket, and a zippered tech pocket. Inside, it has several elasticized pockets and a zippered interior pocket for organizing bottles, creams and the like, and plenty of space in the cavity for clothes and diapers.

Our assortment of diaper bags features options to suit every caretaker’s preference, including totes, messenger bags, shoulder bags, and backpacks. There are totes that feature bottle coolers, changing mats, wet bags, and other organizational compartments. Whether you’re looking for a spacious baby bag that attaches to a stroller, a designer style that can double as a purse, or a more compact on-the-go version that works for quick trips in and out of the car, you’ll find tons of options for carrying baby essentials at Amazon.

My kids are no longer babies nor am I expecting, but my plans were to use this bag as an everyday bag/purse. The bag is large, but not overdoing it. The style and shape are honestly perfect and does not reflect the appearance of a standard diaper bag - which is why I believe it makes it so much more appealing. You have a lot of pockets and organization space, a HUGE plus whether you're a mom or just a busy woman always on the go. The outside of the bag has 5 large pouch pockets and 1 cell phone pouch, which is a signature design of Thirty-One bags. The way it is styled, you have 2 pouches on one part of the bag, one pouch on each side (perfect for drinks, bottles, etc), and then a large snap pouch on the back of the bag. Above that is where cell phone pouch is located. So a lot of places for when you have to "grab and drop" things in the bag and don't have time to actually put them away.
Do you like the SkipHop Grand Central, but think it's a bit too pricey? Then this tote diaper bag is definitely the next-best option for you. This awesome diaper bag, the SOHO Grand Central, is similarly styled with some very similar functionalities, but at about half the price. While the SkipHop has most features integrated right into the bag, this one takes a different approach and has them as separate pieces. There's a separate zippered and insulated baby bottle bag, a separate diaper clutch (for disposable or cloth diapers, of course!), changing pad, toiletries bag, and a little wallet. It has 5 different little bags for various things, it took a while to figure out what it was all about. But once we did, we loved it. Being able to take everything out separately is a different style, but we got used to it and ended up liking it. Going to the register at Starbucks? Just bring the wallet part. Going to a bench to bottle feed? Just bring the bottle pouch. It made some sense, and also made cleaning a bit easier when you can wash each part separately. Like the SkipHop it has zippered front pockets, convenient side exterior pockets for pacifiers, and is overall about the same size as the SkipHop, though the opening did stretch a bit wider overall. It includes some stroller straps, which are a nice touch, though definitely use caution with a heavy diaper bag to prevent the stroller from tipping over backwards. The quality isn't quite on par with the SkipHop, especially in terms of the inner liner, seams, and zippers, but we thought at about half the price it deserved a high spot on our best diaper bags list. Highly recommended! Interested? Check out the SOHO Grand Central diaper bag here. https://i.pinimg.com/474x/59/a5/32/59a5325d239fd184705035d9f1dda986.jpg
