Over time, though, something started to shift. I realized I felt trapped by my daughter's feeding schedule. I felt isolated in the fact that she needed me―only me―and that I couldn't ask for help with this monumental task even if I truly needed it. While I was still so grateful that I was able to breastfeed without much difficulty, a growing part of me began fantasizing about the freedom and shared burden that would come if we bottle fed, even just on occasion. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/f5/47/05/f54705a5c58c8e42ea2e1d10022a4b31---gifts-thirty-one-gifts.jpg
While the Thirty One Gifts catalog shows beautiful traditional purses, they are only a small part of the impressive product catalog made available to lucky 31 Gifts party goers. From large totes that are ideal to bring along to the beach to small organizational pouches for home use, shoppers enjoy the selection of fabrics, embroidery customization options and matching accessories available for each product. With a color and pattern palette that greets each season with exciting new offerings and secret hostess-exclusive items, there’s a little something for everyone under the Thirty One Gifts umbrella.

This is an awesome backpack-style diaper bag that is stylish, durable, convenient, comfortable, and feature-rich. It's a medium-sized diaper bag that you can carry has a hand-tote or as a diaper bag backpack. It has a modern gender-neutral style, helped by the heather gray color, the leather accents, the asymmetrical front pocket, and its vintage style button. It's the sort of bag that both mom and dad will be willing to wear, making it one of the only unisex diaper bags on our list. And it has some great features. First, we loved the side baby bottle exterior pockets, the zippered wipe dispenser on the side, and the hidden pocket on the back (up against your back) that can hold valuables without the risk of pick-pocketing. That's great if you live in the city, or travel to urban areas where that's an issue (like on the subway!). We also liked the substantial padding against the back, to keep things comfortable for longer excursions. It also includes stroller straps on the sides, though we warn you to be careful about attaching diaper bags to strollers due to the tipping hazard. In that regard, it's definitely a good size for throwing into the stroller's bottom basket, but still big enough to hold most of your stuff. Speaking of size, the main compartment is really quite large and is divided well into a mesh pocket area, a zippered pocket, and elastic pockets for holding smaller items. We were able to fit everything necessary into the bag without any issues. It's great to have a nicely divided main compartment, to prevent things from sinking down to the bottom and remaining elusive in your desperate search for that last clean pacifier! We also want to point out that this company is very responsive to customer concerns. This is their third version of this great diaper bag, with improved stitching and reinforcements based on customer feedback (and if you have the older version with an issue, you can email them and they'll send you the newer one for free!). And the price is right too, coming in around $40. So, if you're looking for the comfort and convenience of a backpack, this is a great option! Note that we also checked out the HapTim Multifunction Large Baby Diaper Bag Backpack, which is very similar and very highly recommended. Interested? You can check out the HapTim Backpack diaper bag here. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/fb/48/7d/fb487d9b8dcdf2780eb979d42f94e55d--sky.jpg

No matter which style you choose, you should think about how you'll be able to put it onto one of our best strollers: down in the stroller's basket, or would you like to hang it on the stroller's handlebars? If the latter, you should go ahead and buy a diaper bag that includes stroller straps, like several of our top-rated bags. We suspect you'll use that feature a lot. Of course, always use caution when hanging the diaper bag on the handlebars of your stroller: when you take your baby out, the stroller will flip over backwards (unless the bag is super light)! So definitely make sure that the stroller you choose has a nice large basket to fit your diaper bag. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/dc/1c/e8/dc1ce83eff5645ec01292822ca5c10c6.jpg
Then, you have two ways of carrying the bag. You have the padded shoulder straps, which are quite comfortable to wear when it's loaded down might I add. Then you also have the adjustable crossbody strap which clips on and off. I love this because I keep it in my bag for when I may need to give my shoulder a break and you don't have to leave it attached. Nothing worse than an attached long strap just hanging from the bag! So that is certainly not an issue. The clips the strap attaches to can also adjust as a clip ring - as in attaching keys using the Thirty-One Hang-It-Up Key Fob. This is a great way to prevent losing your keys! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/3f/fb/b5/3ffbb5e2b854b4c7dfbb839602f65ef7--thirty-one-.jpg
I have to start out this post with a confession…I am addicted to bags.  I really am–I love bags and I love getting new bags.  My addiction has paid off because I think I have found you all the ultimate diaper bag!   I have been a fan of the company since I first heard of them because they sell my favorite thing—bags!  They offer all different styles and sizes of bags, and I was lucky enough to work with them to review one of their hostess exclusive  items the Suite Success Tote in Big Dot.  (A hostess exclusive item is an item that only a hostess of a Thirty-One party can purchase.  This item is not available to for regular purchase.)    https://i.pinimg.com/345x/e0/e4/d5/e0e4d576db8801ae6114f851d7877571.jpg
2) I'm letting go of guilt because...the right bottle will prevent any discomfort. It took us a bit of trial and error to find the right bottle that worked for my baby, but once we did, we rarely dealt with gas or discomfort―and the convenience of being able to pack along a meal for my child meant she never had to wait to eat when she was hungry. Dr. Brown's became my partner in this process, offering a wide variety of bottles and nipples designed to mimic the flow of my own milk and reduce colic and excess spitting up. When we found the right one, it changed everything.
We’re not the first to give the Skip Hop Duo high marks: Baby Bargains selected it as the best diaper bag of 2017, BabyList called it one of its best picks of 2017, and Meg Collins of Lucie’s List named it among her favorites. It is among the most popular diaper bags on Amazon, averaging just over 4.5 stars (out of five) across more than 1,000 reviews as of summer 2017. Although few would mistake it for some of the $200-and-up diaper bag options out there, its style is sophisticated for what it is. One Wirecutter staffer seeing it for the first time said it looked most similar to our upgrade pick, “with fewer bells and whistles”—a strong endorsement considering she didn’t yet know that this cost about a third of the price of the other bag. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/cc/e8/40/cce8403ec1dbb4cc71b944fa50797a9c.jpg

Beyond comfort, the B.F.F. earns its name thanks to its multiple mom-friendly features: Teflon-treated, stain-repelling outer fabric, an antimicrobial interior lining that reduces odor-causing bacteria and mildew (in case, you know, a bottle spills and you forget about it), and the ability to toss the whole thing in the washing machine if, despite all of the above, it needs a good cleaning.

This tote caught my eye on the website with the three separate compartments and extra pockets for organizing, but I really had no idea how much I would love this bag until I took it with me a few times to church and running errands around town.  I can hold EVERYTHING I need in this one bag with room to spare!  My Suite Success Tote was packed to the brim today and I dumped everything out and took a picture to show you how much you can put inside this bag.  I am even missing an outfit (the baby’s change of clothes got used today, and our snacks got eaten before the picture so add that stuff in your mind too.)
I loved the SkipHop when we had two kids, but it didn’t hold up well and I decided a back pack was a must. As my younger boys grew, I’d take one of their Pottery Barn backpacks to amusement parks, MLB games, the zoo, etc. They worked great for these trips but I wasn’t a fan of the robots or Spider-Man. For baby number 3, I got a Vera Bradley backpack that I love. The laptop compartment is perfect for a changing pad, diapers, and wipes. The rest of the bag has a good amount of pockets. Also because it’s not technically a diaper bag, I will continue using it as needed after we are out of the baby stage.
From casual cinch sacks to smartly-designed wallets and bags, 31 Gifts (or T.O.G. as their consultants like to refer to it) has you covered wherever your day may take you. Savings-savvy office workers love the insulated totes, lunch sacks and zipper pouches that keep cold food and drinks fresh for break time, enabling them to save money by prepping their own lunches at home. Moms swear by the company’s oversized totes, stacked with plentiful pockets for diaper change necessities, coupons, favorite toys and more. Fashionistas dig the bright, colorful makeup bags and change purses, infused with both functionality and style to keep them on the cutting edge. With such a wide variety of bags, it’s very easy for a consultant to match party attendees to a product that works well for their lifestyle.    https://i.pinimg.com/236x/1b/b7/3c/1bb73c36fbc1a402c8991b66553e06db--realtor-gifts-business-ideas.jpg

It has plenty of interior and exterior pockets to organize all our stuff (even for all 3 kids). It has shoulder straps and a removable cross-body strap, it has clips to attach it so a stroller, it zips closed (and has a couple zippered outside pockets), it’s big enough but not TOO big, and it’s super cute! The Ah Goo Grab-and-Go Compact Diaper Bag is a sleek, compact bag with a flip-front messenger style and a roomy single-pocket interior for baby’s essential items. The front pouch is perfectly sized to hold a small tablet, and the velcro-enclosed side pocket fits your phone. The rest of the room is for baby, with a roomy inner pocket lined in antimicrobial material that’s a snap to wash. It can be worn as a wristlet or you can attach it to your stroller for an easy, breezy day on the town without being weighed down.

I just had a party with Monica Nickerson in West Allis, WI. She was the nicest, quickest to respond ...and most helpful women ever! She brought so many fun things to the show and was interested in what we needed. The show was perfect getting us ready for the holidays. I received the order and everything was beautiful! I’ll definitely be hosting again with Monica, she’s delightful and the products are amazing! See More

It has more flexibility than any of the other bags we considered—it can be worn as a backpack, across your body as a messenger bag, on your shoulder as a handbag, or carried as a tote. The heaviest of our picks at 2.3 pounds, the B.F.F. comes with multiple straps that are adjustable and quick and easy to unclip and remove (though we found that they can sometimes still get in the way).
So why buy an actual diaper bag? They’re thoughtfully designed with right-size pockets for essential baby gear, and made with tough material that’s easy to clean—inevitably, milk or juice will spill inside, and crushed crackers will find their way into crevices. Mine has been tossed around in my car, dumped on park benches and dragged across wet grass. I once accidentally left a banana peel in it for a few days. “The diaper bag is for the diapering years,” said Meg Collins, founder of Lucie’s List, a blog that recommends essential baby products for new parents. “It’s meant to keep you organized and sane. You have go-to pockets for your keys, diapers and wipes. You don’t have to think or fumble.” That just may help you escape the house a little more quickly. https://i.pinimg.com/736x/85/8c/5c/858c5c7f61f48c2e534979d026866e59--frugal-tips-girls-night-out.jpg

Also, pick a bag that will last you both in durability and style. If the bag only looks good with certain outfits, you'll find yourself frustrated or wanting to buy multiple bags. A black or red bag, or one with relatively neutral colors/patterns can work with nearly any outfit. Of course, some of the really stylish baby diaper bags can also get really expensive; so maybe dig into some of those gift cards you might have hanging around from your baby registry, or put your favorite on a new baby registry (see our best baby registries here) if you haven't had your baby yet! Finally, it's worth considering a diaper bag that is water resistant, to protect the bag's contents from damage during rain or accidentally being set on a wet surface. The Halova Diaper Bag Multifunction Waterproof Travel Backpack is a great example. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/25/7c/00/257c009e18a66f01eb8fae3bb79cac9f--thirty-one-addiction.jpg?b
Like a superhero, the B.F.F. bag transforms from an over-the-shoulder tote to a messenger bag to a backpack in an instant. It can take a beating too—its Teflon-coated material repels dirt and stains and is machine washable. And, parents swoon over the insulated bottle storage and memory-foam shoulder straps. But for those who need a ton of space for cloth diapers, twins or pumping equipment, this bag could run small. https://i.pinimg.com/280x280_RS/39/c7/e6/39c7e63ddfb731bf00d9fd55439e92f3.jpg

Skip Hop makes some excellent diaper bags, and this one is no exception. The Skip Hop Duo Signature has a slightly more modern styling than the classic lines and colors of the Grand Central models, and is shaped more like a tote or over-the-shoulder bag than it is a purse. It's narrow and deep rather than wide and short, and a bit smaller overall than the purse-shaped models, so it's good for someone who doesn't want to be lugging around a truly enormous diaper bag. It's also about the same width as most strollers, so it doesn't stick out on the sides a lot when you hang it on the handlebars. But while it's smaller overall, it's still super functional. It has 10 pockets, a separate insulated bottle holder, a breathable side pocket, a key ring clip, diaper changing pad, and a great interior liner. The Skip Hop Duo's main interior pocket is super deep and we loved the lining, it was soft but also rugged enough to make wipe-cleaning easy. The padded shoulder strap was comfortable, as were the padded carry-handles. We were able to fit everything in that we needed, including diapers, wipes, baby bottles, and cloths. Being relatively tall, we found that when it was fully loaded it did tend to topple over sometimes. We also found it less convenient to reach in and easily grab something, since things tended to get stacked on top of one another, so this design might not be for everyone. Also, the changing pad was a bit small relative to some others on this list. So, this Skip Hop Duo Signature model is an excellent diaper bag, with some minor drawbacks. Note that Skip Hop also makes a Skip Hop Duo Diaper Backpack that is very similar to this but in the backpack style, and is also very well-reviewed. Interested? You can check out this SkipHop Duo Signature diaper bag here.

Thirty One Gifts has affordable products for everyone, thanks to their large catalog. From small accessories like their $3 decorative nail file to the $60 large Elite Retro Metro bucket-style bag, there are several products at every price point. Thrifty shoppers are sure to love Thirty One Gifts' monthly customer specials and inexpensive organizational sets.
The solid colors of the Take Two Diaper Bag also make it a cinch to personalize – just choose your favorite thread color and font! Here’s a personalization tip: Your last name or initial work just as well as baby’s name on your diaper bag! The neutral colors also make it the perfect canvas for Icon-Its, or choose a new Floral Letter or Blackboard Initial monogram.
I have a JJ Cole bag, it's about the perfect size... maybe a little big now that DS is getting older and doesn't require so much stuff. It's 17" wide x 13" tall x 6" deep. I gave that one to my mom so she has a diaper bag (she watches DS during the day). It worked, but I never really did like it. I don't really like the tote style bags. I think they're kinda awkward. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/41/9f/9e/419f9ec8160601c27a819c16a5105c51.jpg
The Duo, which has been sold since 2003, has been a longtime best-seller from a company that makes almost two dozen different diaper bags. Just about every retailer we visited—chains, boutiques, and consignment stores, plus online retailers—carried this bag. Parents can pick from a dozen neutral or bold, graphic prints, and on some colors the interior is made of a light-colored fabric so that you can easily see what’s inside (not all diaper bags have gotten the memo on this). https://i.pinimg.com/236x/85/48/96/8548966fd3c7652ac00da0d6b67d76a4--tbi-enabling.jpg
Over the last 4.5 years, we have tried more diaper bags than I can count. Many were purchased online and immediately returned. Others were given to us as gifts, to review on the blog, or as hand-me-downs from friends. They were either used for a while, sold on Craigslist, or returned to the store — depending on the situation. Some were too big, many were too small, some looked too much like a purse for Dave, others didn’t have enough pockets for me, etc. etc. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/fb/cd/54/fbcd54cb24b57a0c9f5e6c6d4d5c56d8--younique-baby-pictures.jpg
Comfortable to carry. We looked for padded straps, good balance, and a low weight. We took a skeptical eye toward bags that, when empty, weigh more than 2 pounds (we did make a few exceptions). Comfort is subjective, and we wanted to find options for people who find backpacks or messenger bags more comfortable than shoulder bags. Bonus points for bags that could be carried in multiple ways. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/da/5f/f7/da5ff7c950c8294ff812bf8282dea98b.jpg
When the time came to ditch the diaper bag, I jumped for joy. I never liked toting around a huge bag, but was still surprised that even though I now have a five-year-old, we still cart around a lot of stuff! Now that we are involved in school and sports, it turns out I still need a decent bag that’s both functional and stylish. Just as we signed up for the upcoming summer swim team (that requires tons of swim accessories!), one of my favorite companies released a baby line- Baby by Thirty One!

Thirty One is already the go-to source for durable and stylish totes, backpacks, purses, home decor and now baby––and all with the ability to be personalized. The new baby line isn’t just for families with infants. Sure, there are some seriously adorable diaper bags, bottle thermals, baby caddies and even whimsical pillow designs for the nursery. But it’s also for those of us with big kids too! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/34/10/91/34109111d3a768de976d4cb8db4b361f--tiered-serving-tray-fine-china.jpg

Does anyone else plan on using or have used a thirty one bag as their diaper bag? If so which one and how has it worked out for you? I absolutely love the idea of being able to personalize my diaper bag with the name and colors! But I'm not sure exactly what size I'll need to buy or which would be a better bag. I have a few ideas in mind though, i'm deciding between the utility tote, cindy tote or the retro metro bag. they're all too adorable and so many ways to personalize which is the best part about them! Such a tough decision, so many options Also what is the most important thing you're looking for in a diaper bag? https://i.pinimg.com/236x/f3/d1/76/f3d17647a2f4f5a50268170726c27860.jpg?b

The Petunia Pickle Bottom Boxy Backpack is a common competitor to the Ju-Ju-Be B.F.F., and it offers many of the same advantages: It can be converted into a backpack, messenger, or shoulder bag, though the straps are not padded and can’t be removed like the B.F.F.’s. We liked the metal keyring, a feature that we also found in the B.F.F. but didn’t find in the other bags we reviewed. (The DadGear Backpack has a plastic key ring, but its quality was not as nice.) We especially liked the Boxy Backpack’s changing station: a cushioned changing pad folds out from the front of the backpack, revealing two elastic pockets that hold the diapers and wipes. With everything in one place, diaper changing with a squirmy, uncooperative baby was more manageable than with any of the other diaper bags we tested. Unfortunately, the Petunia Pickle Bottom has only two small open pockets, which aren’t big enough to accommodate a reusable water bottle (you can shove a disposable 16.9-ounce plastic water into the pocket, but it’s a tight fit)—and these outside pockets proved extremely useful on our other picks.

This was especially true when it came to feeding. Originally, I told myself we would breastfeed―exclusively. I had built up the idea in my mind that this was the correct way of feeding my child, and that anything else was somehow cheating. Plus, I love the connection it brought us, and so many of my favorite early memories are just my baby and me (at all hours of night), as close as two people can be as I fed her from my breast.
I was also sent the adorable icon coin purses to review, and they are so fun!  All of my three kids got one to put on their backpacks for lunch money or chapstick.  They love that they have a special place for their important items and it really helps them to keep track of their lunch money better.  I like that you can mix and match the coin purses with the whimsical characters and bright colors.  They look great on a black bag as a pop of color or on a child’s backpack.  They are also the perfect size for a pacifier holder on your diaper bag!   https://i.pinimg.com/originals/06/00/2d/06002da8c12d3f7ac7101f2cc20d91ec.jpg
We spent 14 hours researching online and off to first create a list of about 40 finalists, culled from the designer bags, cheap knock-offs, and dozens of other bags available. We then combed through hundreds of user reviews on Amazon, Babies“R”Us, Zappos, BuyBuy Baby, and Target, and read dozens more reviews by baby-gear experts and parent bloggers. We spoke in person with four local baby retailers and consignment stores about what their customers want, which brands they carry, and why.1 https://i.pinimg.com/736x/3f/63/2a/3f632abc6e89cba1d3e5fea0e16964bf--thirty-one-gifts-consultant.jpg

After carrying a dozen top-rated diaper bags on nearly 50 assorted outings for more than a month, we’re sure the Skip Hop Duo Signature is the best diaper bag for most parents. This versatile bag makes it easier to store, organize, and quickly access all your necessary baby gear than any other bag we tested. It has nearly all the features of a great diaper bag at a price as low as almost everything else out there.

This bag is easier to clean than any other bag we tested. A major thing that sets the B.F.F. apart is that this is the only one with the manufacturer’s approval to send it through the washing machine.2 In our 24-hour-old-milk-and-crushed-Cheerios cleaning test, we gave the bag a quick, perfunctory wipedown, then (per the company’s instructions) removed the straps, turned the bag inside out, placed it in a pillowcase, and tossed it in the machine with the rest of our laundry. When we took it out of the wash, all the milk and crusted cereal crumbs were gone, and it was the only one that truly looked spotless after our cleaning tests.

So definitely make sure that the stroller you choose has a nice large basket to fit your diaper bag. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/b2/8e/d4/b28ed4f64ab58913d6bac826c96cc29e--forever--manicure-and-pedicure.jpg

"Our study shows that bearded men harbour significantly higher burden of microbes and more human-pathogenic strains than dogs," the authors wrote, noting that when MRI scanners are used for both dogs and humans, they're cleaned very well after veterinary use, and actually have a "lower bacterial load compared with scanners used exclusively for humans." https://i.pinimg.com/236x/6d/02/01/6d0201521fa675f41b6072ce8a42dcf2--glitter-eye-makeup-brown-eyes-makeup.jpg
Some were too big, many were too small, some looked too much like a purse for Dave, others didn’t have enough pockets for me, etc. etc.

One of the standout features of the Skip Hop Duo is its combination of 10 open and zippered pockets, which make it the easiest bag for storing and quickly grabbing whatever you need, from a water bottle to tissues to sunscreen. The bag has four external pockets that are great for accessing things one-handed. Two are large front pockets that stay closed magnetically and can hold bottles of milk, other snacks, or diapers and wipes. Competitors’ bags have similar pockets, but the Skip Hop’s stand out for their simple but clever magnetic closure. Two additional elastic mesh pockets on the sides of the bag are capable of securely carrying a baby bottle, a Thermos of coffee, a large adult water bottle, or a big container of sunscreen. We found few diaper bags that have two open, external water-bottle pockets big enough to hold a reusable adult water bottle. Like most diaper bags, the Skip Hop also has an external slot on the back for its included changing pad (which is machine washable). https://i.pinimg.com/originals/3b/8e/6d/3b8e6d908f767876844dd8973f8b9404.jpg
At the top of the bag, a discreet zippered pocket securely holds your smartphone and keys. Another, much larger zippered pocket that runs across the front of the bag can fit a book or e-reader, large wallet, and other miscellaneous items. Inside the main zippered compartment are two elastic pockets for diapers and wipes, along with two narrow, tiny pockets that could hold pens and pencils for you or an older child (but not much more).
The Land series has a generous insulated front zippered pocket to hold three slim bottles, and an exterior wipes pocket. In the back, it has an additional large zippered pocket, a wet pocket, and a zippered tech pocket. Inside, it has several elasticized pockets and a zippered interior pocket for organizing bottles, creams and the like, and plenty of space in the cavity for clothes and diapers. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/25/24/e5/2524e5aea3fa8bca011bf2b95a57dff6--face-makeup-hair-and-makeup.jpg
