DMCA & Content Removal Policy
31team respects the rights of copyright owners and of the people who appear in videos. We respond to every notice of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and to every request from a person who appears in a video without having agreed to its publication.
How videos appear on 31team
31team does not store or upload video files. Videos are embedded from third-party platforms (such as RedGifs and Bluesky) through their public players and are streamed from those platforms' servers. Removing a video from 31team takes it off our pages; to remove the file itself, please also report it to the platform that hosts it.
How to send a notice
Email egebob8@gmail.com with the following:
- The address (URL) of each page on 31team showing the material, e.g.
https://31team.com/v/…. - A description of the copyrighted work, or a statement that you are the person shown and did not consent.
- Your name and a way to contact you (email address, and optionally phone number or postal address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of the right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
What happens next
- We remove or disable access to the reported material within 48 hours of a valid notice, and confirm by email.
- Content reported as non-consensual, or showing anyone under 18, is removed immediately on receipt, without the formal requirements above.
- Accounts and sources that are the subject of repeated valid notices are removed from 31team for good.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, contact details and signature. We will forward it to the person who filed the original notice and may restore the material as the law allows.
